All rentals require acceptance of HELM's digital rental agreement prior to delivery. Renters must be 21 years or older with valid identification. Equipment must be returned in original condition.

Life jackets are provided and required where applicable. Operators must comply with all New Hampshire boating laws and lake regulations.

Cancellations made 72 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive rental credit. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable unless weather-related.

Weather determinations are made solely by HELM for safety.

HELM Boat Rentals maintains commercial general liability coverage and watercraft insurance for all rental equipment.

Operations comply with New Hampshire RSA 270 inland waterway regulations.

Insurance certificates are available upon request.
